Clone NCAM16.2 (also known as NCAM 16) MφP9 (also known as MφP-9) SK7 (also known as Leu-4) SJ25C1 (also known as SJ25-C1) L27 (RUO (GMP))
Mouse IgG₁ heavy chains and kappa light chains:

The Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, and CD56. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 2.
