Description
Design and Construction
- Exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint
- Interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminum (CLAD)
- Fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves
- Designed with both side or base mounted displays, plus a solid steel door
Heating and Controls
- Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned in the rear (vertical units) or side (horizontal units)
- Fan assisted circulation with an integral overheat system using 2 individual Pt100 sensors
- Bespoke touch screen interface for accurate temperature control
- Displays oven trending data for up to 48 hours
- Manual or automatic overheat reset with low chamber uniformity
- Includes main switch with indicator and heat and overheat indicators
