Description

Description

The GeneBLAzer™ Gα15-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line contains the promiscuous Gα protein, Gα15, stably integrated into the CellSensor™ NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (Cat. No. K1534) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of an NFAT response element stably integrated into CHO-K1 cells. The Gα15-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 parental cell line is designed for the construction of Gi/o coupled GPCR cell based assays.
