Silencer™ Select GAPDH Positive Control siRNA:
The Silencer™ SelectGAPDH positive control is extensively validated and an ideal “test” siRNA for those just beginning siRNA experiments, because it is validated to work in multiple cell lines. Because it targets GAPDH mRNA (a common internal control), many assays are available to measure its effects, including real-time RT-PCR as well as the Invitrogen™ KDalert™ GAPDH Assay Kit.

Silencer™ Select siRNAs are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility under the highest quality standards. Rigorous quality control procedures include MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry analysis and analytical HPLC to monitor purity.
