Description

The SequenceR_xEnhancer System is a panel of seven co-solvents which are added individually to automated fluorescent DNA sequencing reactions. This system is not designed for use on long stretches of poly A.

Useful on templates containing regions with secondary structure such as high GC-content, small nucleotide repeats, hairpins, direct repeats, and inverted repeats
Requires no change in protocols-the SequenceR_x Solution replaces part of water added to reaction mixture
Compatible with all sequencing chemistries and platforms
Uses one reaction to determine sequence for all four nucleotides (100 reactions equal 100 templates)
