Description
Design and Construction
- Exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint
- Interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminum (CLAD)
- Fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves
- Steel door is fitted with an integral viewing window for easy monitoring
Heating and Controls
- Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned below the chamber floor
- Mechanical thermostatic controls with a direct reading thermostat fitted below the door
- Independent overheat thermostat with calibrated scale and tamper proof lock
- Includes mains switch with indicator, plus heat and overheat indicators
