Description
The Implen NanoPhotometer™ N60 UV/VIS spectrophotometer is the right instrument when it comes to the quantification of nucleic acids, proteins or cell cultures as it offers full scan data from 200 - 900 nm in just 0.3 - 2 μL of sample. The stand-alone design with an integrated touchscreen and small footprint make it ideal for lab bench operation.
Disturbing surface tension and evaporation effects are eliminated due to the compression of the sample. No recalibration is necessary over the entire lifetime. Optional CFR21 software available for 21 CFR part 11 compliance for GxP environment.
