Specifically designed for single-cell proteomics applications, these trapping columns support the use of TMT-labeled samples, with up 10 ng of sample load.

Sample Preconcentration - Perform sample preconcentration in your preferred workflow, with both back flush and forward flush mobile phase direction capabilities.

Decreased Sample Loading Times - Shorten low-flow HPLC analysis run times by injecting your samples at 5-10 μL/min.

Sample Clean-up - Effectively remove salts, reagents, and contaminants that have no affinity for hydrophobic stationary phases from your samples, increasing your analytical column's lifetime and improving spectral quality and detection sensitivity.
