Description

The quality of a crimp seal is strongly dependent on the right calibration of the crimping tool used to apply the closure to the vial. A too tight or too loose crimp will impair the quality of the seal. To maintain good results, make sure to re-calibrate your crimping tool regularly and check the quality of the seal every time you crimp.

Pressure release seals are characterized by incorporated bridges and score lines, which allow the internal pressure to be released when 3.0 ± 0.5 bar has been exceeded
Magnetic seals are compatible with magnetic transport autosamplers
Packed in zip-lock PE-bags with tear-off foil strip to ensure tamper-evidence and re-closeability
