Description
Automated deparaffinization (dewaxing) and rehydration of IHC slides is an ideal way to decrease turn-around time and improve lean workflow. Aqueous deparaffinization is the method of choice for IHC instruments today but often yields incomplete deparaffinization. The Dewax and Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) Buffers simultaneously automate deparaffinization, rehydration and epitope retrieval in the Epredia PT Module. The new proprietary formulation eliminates manual steps and improves turnaround time. In addition the results are concordant to traditional methods meaning they can be quickly integrated into routine workflow.
