Description

Di-n-butylamine is an important intermediate used for various applications in organic synthesis. It is involved in the production of rubber chemicals like di-n-butylthiocarbamate thiuram, emulsifiers and dibutylethanolamine, which is used in coatings and paints. It is also used as plasticizer in PVC matrix and a corrosion inhibitor in an aqueous system. It plays an important role as a catalyst in vulcanization.
