The PureProteome Protein A/G Mix Magnetic Bead System provides researchers with the power of the combination of both Protein A and Protein G immunoglobulin binding affinities in one convenient magnetic bead product, resulting in greater antibody compatibility than either Protein A or Protein G alone.

  • Suitable for immunoprecipitation, crosslinking immunoprecipitation, antibody purification
  • Binding capacity: 2–3 mg of Rabbit IgG per mL of suspension
  • High capacity: Advanced chemistry combined with high surface area provides more binding sites for proteins
  • Consistent results with no sample loss: Particles visible as they adhere to side of tube for quick and easy aspiration and complete buffer removal
  • Fast processing time: Beads are immobilized in seconds; increased kinetics of bead-protein binding enables shorter incubations
