- Interchangeable parts
- Stainless-steel rod can be inserted in an electric overhead stirrer
- PTFE pestle bottom conforms exactly to tube bottom; clearance of approximately 0.1 to 0.15mm
- Transparent plastic coating on Safe-Grind™ tissue grinders protects mortar from becoming scratched, improves grip, and contains homogenate in the case of tube breakage
- Autoclavable
