Solubility
Soluble in acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, acetone, hot water, dimethylsulfoxide and alkalies. Slightly soluble in toluene, diethyl ether, ethanol, trifluoroacetic acid and cold water. Insoluble in benzene and chloroform.

Incompatible with acids, chloroformates and strong oxidizing agents.
